Oil Tool – Higher Performance in the Same Envelope
A major oil tool manufacturer developed a tool to flow two phases’ media, liquid in one direction and gas in the opposite direction. A fixed diameter pipe required ten 0.5 in OD insert check valves in an annulus. The oil tool company initially selected a competitor company’s 0.500 insert check valve, which was later found to not meet aggressive pressure drop requirement.

Additionally, AUSCO added further value in manufacturing the manifold and providing the complete assembly.
