Key elements of many of our programs involve a variety of testing activities, including the following:
Creation of Assembly Test Plans
We work in concert with our customers and their requirements define specific test requirements in an Assembly Test Plan (ATP) and to test 100% of production units to confirm that each valve, valve assembly, or manifold meets the ATP for that product.
Creation of Design Qualification Plans
Often we are asked to conduct qualification plans for newly design products. Qualification can include tests conducted by Ausco, third party testing company, and occasionally even customer testing. For these programs Ausco develops a detailed Qualification Test Plan (QTP) that defines each test and the expected results from each test.
Evaluation of internal and external test results to create Design Qualification Reports (QTR) for Ausco and our customers
Once the testing has been performed, then Ausco prepares an extensive report that summarizes the results of the test, along with any areas that require improvement in the product design.
