An Aircraft Filtration System manufacturer under-sized the design of the 5Ksi hydraulic reservoir for a large twin aisle commercial airliner. As a result, the system leakage requirement became a far more severe requirement.
AUSCO was able to deliver a reservoir Bleed and Relief Valve with an extremely tight leakage rate while maintaining the same life expectancy by means of a metal-on-metal seal.
